Refund policy
Because all TrueLyme apparel is made to order, we currently only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We do not currently accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizing selected by customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Worn or washed items
